Abstract

Una lámina de acero según un aspecto de la presente invención tiene una composición química predeterminada, en la que una estructura de acero de un interior de la lámina de acero contiene, por fracción de volumen, ferrita blanda: 0% a 30%, austenita retenida: 3% a 40%, martensita fresca: 0% a 30%, una suma de perlita y cementita: 0% a 10%, y un resto que incluye ferrita dura, en el interior de la lámina de acero, una proporción numérica de la austenita retenida que tiene una relación de aspecto de 2.0 o más en el total de la austenita retenida es del 50% o más, una capa blanda que tiene un espesor de 1 µm a 100 µm de la superficie está presente en una dirección de espesor de la lámina, entre la ferrita contenida en la capa blanda, una fracción de volumen de granos que tiene una relación de aspecto de menos de 3.0 es el 50% o más, una fracción de volumen de austenita retenida en la capa blanda es el 50% o más de la fracción de volumen de la austenita retenida del interior de la lámina de acero, y un pico de una intensidad de emisión a una longitud de onda que indica si aparece en un rango de más de 0.2 µm desde la superficie a 5 µm o menos desde la superficie.
