Abstract
Un método incluye obtener, de uno o más dispositivos de secuenciación, datos sin procesar detectados de etiquetas luminiscentes asociadas con nucleótidos durante eventos de incorporación de nucleótidos; y procesar, los datos sin procesar para realizar una comparación de llamados de base producidos mediante un módulo de llamado de base automático, habilitado por aprendizaje del uno o más dispositivos de secuenciación con valores reales asociados con los datos sin procesar, en donde los llamados de base identifican uno o más nucleótidos individuales de los datos sin procesar; con base en la comparación, se crea una actualización al módulo de llamado de base automático, habilitado por aprendizaje usando al menos algunos de los datos sin procesar obtenidos, y la actualización se hace disponible al uno o más dispositivos de secuenciación.
