Abstract
Realizaciones de la presente invención proporcionan una transmisión de datos y un producto relacionado. El procedimiento incluye: cuando una memoria intermedia HARQ no está vacía, un equipo de usuario selecciona una concesión utilizada para la transmisión de datos previa para transmitir datos que necesitan ser retransmitidos; o, cuando la memoria intermedia HARQ está vacía, el equipo del usuario selecciona una concesión actual de programación semipersistente para transmitir nuevos datos o selecciona múltiples concesiones actuales de programación semipersistente para transmitir nuevos datos de acuerdo con la manera de acceso de la portadora permitida por el equipo del usuario. Adopando las realizaciones de la presente invención, se puede evitar el problema de conflictos entre múltiples programaciones semipersistentes del mismo UE.
