Abstract
La invención se refiere a un material de conformación en caliente de un de un material compuesto de tres capas, que comprende una capa nuclear de un acero templable que, en el estado templado en prensa del material de conformación en caliente, presenta una resistencia a la tracción > 1900 MPa y/o una dureza > 575 HV10, en particular una resistencia a la tracción > 2000 MPa y/o una dureza > 600 HV10, preferentemente una resistencia a la tracción > 2100 MPa y/o una dureza > 630 HV10, preferentemente una resistencia a la tracción > 2200 MPa y/o una dureza > 660 HV10, más preferentemente una resistencia a la tracción > 2300 MPa y/o una dureza > 685 HV10, y dos capas de recubrimiento unidas con la capa nuclear con arrastre de material, de un acero más blando en comparación con la capa nuclear y que, en el estado templado en prensa del material de conformación en caliente, presenta una resistencia a la tracción > 750 MPa y/o una dureza > 235 HV10, en particular una resistencia a la tracción > 900 MPa y/o una dureza > 280 HV10, preferentemente una resistencia a la tracción > 1000 MPa y/o una dureza > 310 HV10, preferentemente una resistencia a la tracción > 1100 MPa y/o una dureza > 340 HV10, más preferentemente una resistencia a la tracción 1200 > MPa y/o una dureza > 370 HV10.
