Abstract

Se proporciona un método para transmitir datos, un dispositivo terminal y un dispositivo de red, que pueden reducir un retraso en la red; el método comprende: un dispositivo terminal que determina que una condición preestablecida es cumplida de acuerdo con una condición actual de la red y/o los requisitos de servicio del dispositivo terminal; en donde el dispositivo terminal determina, de acuerdo con primera información de configuración pre-almacenada, un recurso disponible usado por el dispositivo terminal para realizar transmisión de enlace ascendente, en donde la primera información de configuración indica el recurso disponible usado por el dispositivo terminal para realizar la transmisión de enlace ascendente; y usar el recurso disponible determinado usado por el dispositivo terminal para realizar la transmisión de enlace ascendente para transmitir datos de enlace ascendente.
