Abstract

Un método de producción que incluye un paso de forja, un paso de recorte de rebabas y un paso de prensado. En el paso de forja, se forma un producto acabado por forja a través de un dado superior de forja y un dado inferior de forja. En el paso de forja se crea una porción de exceso (Ac) en al menos un brazo de cigüeñal (A) que está conectado a un primer o tercer muñón de biela (P), en una porción cercana al primer o tercer muñón de biela (P), en una periferia externa de una parte lateral cercana al dado superior de forja, de tal manera que la porción de exceso sobresale desde la periferia exterior. En el paso de prensado, la porción de exceso (Ac) es prensada por un dado superior de tal manera que la porción de exceso se abulta hacia un muñón de bancada (J). Este método permite la producción de un cigüeñal forjado con un peso reducido y una rigidez suficiente en una instalación simple.
