Abstract
De acuerdo con ciertas modalidades, se proporciona un método mediante un primer nodo de red para habilitar la paginación de un equipo (UE) de usuario en un estado inactivo. El método incluye el primer nodo de red que recibe un valor de índice de identidad de UE para el UE mientras el UE está en un estado conectado o durante una configuración de contexto inicial para el UE. El valor del índice de identidad de UE se almacena. El método incluye además la transición del UE desde el estado conectado a un estado inactivo y usando el valor de índice de identidad del UE que se almacenó mientras el UE estaba en el estado conectado para iniciar una transmisión de una página al UE en el estado inactivo.
