Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para fabricar una unidad de calentamiento permeable al fluido (10), la unidad de calentamiento permeable al fluido (10) comprende una tapa (12) y un elemento de calentamiento conductor de la electricidad sustancialmente plano (20), el método comprende proporcionar el elemento de calentamiento (20), y sobremoldear la tapa (12) en las áreas de borde de un lado del elemento de calentamiento (20), en donde la tapa (12) comprende un cuerpo hueco (14) con una primera (16) y una segunda (18) abertura de la tapa, en donde la primera abertura de la tapa (16) se opone a la segunda abertura de la tapa (18), y en donde el elemento de calentamiento (20) se monta sobre la tapa (12) de manera que el elemento de calentamiento (20) se extiende a través de la primera abertura de la tapa (16). La presente invención se refiere además a un aparato para fabricar la unidad de calentamiento permeable al fluido.
