Abstract
Se divulga un sistema de amplificación por PCR y de detección de productos. El sistema utiliza un subsistema de calentamiento fotónico uniforme y directo para mediar la amplificación por PCR de alto rendimiento, de reacción en reacción, detectable por un subsistema de detección de fluorescencia. También se divulga el control de la temperatura de reacción en reacción para la regulación del calor por retroalimentación dinámica. También se divulgan métodos para usar el mismo.
