Abstract

Un sistema de ensayo de microfluido incluyendo un cartucho de microfluido y un sistema de operador de microfluido asociado; el cartucho de microfluido comprende una parte base, teniendo una primera cara con un ahuecamiento y una lámina fija a la parte base para cubrir el ahuecamiento y proporcionando una cara de lámina de cartucho de microfluido; la parte base con el ahuecamiento y la lámina forma un canal de flujo y un sumidero en comunicación de fluido entre sí; el cartucho de microfluido comprende una abertura de entrada en el canal de flujo corriente arriba a la sección de reacción; el sistema de operador incluye un pistón, un elemento de regulación de temperatura y un actuador colocado de manera que la cara de lámina del cartucho de microfluido se puede colocar en contacto con el sistema operativo con la sección de reacción cerca del elemento de regulación de temperatura mientras que el actuador está asociado con la sección de sumidero para oprimir la lámina que cubre la sección de sumidero y el pistón está asociado con el canal de flujo en una sección de válvula comente arriba para oprimir la lámina para cerrar el canal de flujo corriente arriba a la sección de reacción.
