Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un aparato para revisar una llanta, el aparato constando de: un soporte adaptado para recibir la llanta apoyándose sobre el soporte; un sistema de deformación configurado para formar una parte elásticamente deformada de la superficie interior y una parte elásticamente deformada de la superficie exterior en la llanta a través del contacto físico; una primera fuente de luz adaptada para emitir una primera radiaci6n de luz para iluminar la parte deformada de la superficie exterior con la radiación de luz difusa y una primera cámara adaptada para detectar una primera imagen de la parte deformada iluminada de la superficie exterior y para generar al menos una señal de control representativa de la primera imagen detectada; una segunda fuente de luz adaptada para emitir una segunda radiación de luz para iluminar la parte deformada de la superficie interior con la radiación de luz rasante y una segunda cámara adaptada para detectar al menos una segunda imagen de la parte deformada iluminada de la superficie interior y para generar al menos una señal de control representativa de al menos una segunda imagen detectada; un componente móvil adaptado para poner el soporte en rotación relativa con respecto a la primera fuente de luz, a la segunda fuente de luz y al sistema de deformación alrededor de un eje de rotación de la llanta; y una unidad de procesamiento configurada de modo que mientras la primera fuente de luz y la segunda fuente de luz iluminan la parte deformada de la superficie exterior y la parte deformada de la superficie interior, el sistema de deformación actúa y el componente móvil imparte la rotación relativa.
