Abstract

Un sistema de fermentación incluye un tanque de fermentación, múltiples sensores que funcionan para medir múltiples parámetros del sistema de fermentación, múltiples mecanismos que funcionan para controlar los parámetros del sistema de fermentación, y un controlador en comunicación electrónica con los sensores y con los mecanismos.
