Abstract

Se describen técnicas para determinar la estructura demográfica a partir de la identidad por ascendencia (IBD) de individuos. Se pueden utilizar las técnicas para predecir que un individuo pertenece a cero, una o más de varias comunidades identificadas dentro de una red de IBD. Se pueden utilizar los datos adicionales para anotar las comunidades con el lugar de nacimiento, apellido, e información de grupo étnico. A su vez, estos datos se pueden utilizar para proporcionar a un individuo una predicción de la membresía a cero, una o más comunidades, acompañada por un resumen de la información anotada para aquellas comunidades.
