Abstract
Se describe una lámina de acero laminada en frío de alta resistencia que tiene una resistencia a la tracción de 980 MPa o más, la lámina de acero que tiene una composición química que contiene, % en masa, C: 0.070% a 0.100%, Si: 0.50% a 0.70%, Mn: 2.40% a 2.80%, P: 0.025% o menos, S: 0.0020% o menos, Al: 0.020% a 0.060%, N: 0.0050% o menos, Nb: 0.010% a 0.060%, Ti: 0.010% a 0.030%, B: 0.0005% a 0.0030%, Sb: 0.005% a 0.015%, Ca: 0.0015% o menos, Cr: 0.01% a 2.00%, Mo: 0.01% a 1.00%, Ni: 0.01% a 5.00%, Cu: 0.01% a 5.00%, y el resto siendo Fe e impurezas inevitables, a microestructura metalúrgica que incluye una fase de ferrita en una cantidad de 30% o más en términos de fracción de área, al menos uno seleccionado de una fase de bainita y una fase de martensita en una cantidad de 40% a 65% en total en términos de fracción de área, y una cementita en una cantidad de 5% o menos en términos de fracción de área en una posición ubicada a 1/4 del espesor de la superficie de la lámina de acero, y una microestructura metalúrgica que incluye una fase de ferrita en una cantidad de 40% a 55% en términos de fracción de área en una posición ubicada a 50 µm en la dirección de espesor de la superficie de la lámina de acero y un método para fabricar la lámina de acero.
