Abstract

La presente invención describe un sistema de movimiento para electrodos profundos para animales, preferentemente de pequeñas especies, el cual permite que el electrodo pueda ser calibrado de manera precisa dependiendo de la profundidad que se desea dentro del cerebro, ya que se utiliza un mecanismo de cremallera-piñón para mover el electrodo; esto se hace mediante un microcontrolador sujetado al torso del animal, y que a su vez está conectado a un módulo bluetooth, haciendo posible controlar la profundidad del electrodo de manera inalámbrica y sin la necesidad de hacer contacto directo; permitiendo con esto tener un movimiento más preciso, eliminando la posibilidad de error humano y evitando perturbar al animal al momento de realizar los ajustes correspondientes.
