Abstract
Se proporciona un método para fabricar y un dispositivo para fabricar un conjunto de fibras de fibra dividida parcial en un conjunto de fibras de fibra dividida parcial obtenido utilizando este método y dispositivo, el método está caracterizado por perforar un medio de división de fibra proporcionado con una pluralidad de partes sobresalientes en un conjunto de fibras formado a partir de una pluralidad de fibras solas mientras se hace que el conjunto de fibras se desplace a lo largo de la dirección longitudinal del mismo y creación de una parte procesada de fibra dividida, formando partes enredadas en donde las fibras solas se entrelazan en partes de contacto con las partes sobresalientes en por lo menos una parte procesada de fibra dividida, posteriormente jalar el medio de división de fibra fuera del conjunto de fibras, y después de pasar a través de la parte de acumulación de maraña que incluye las partes enredadas, perforar una vez más el medio de división de fibra en el conjunto de fibras. De esta manera, la presente invención puede proporcionar un método para fabricar y un dispositivo de fabricación para un conjunto de fibras de fibra dividida parcial que de manera continua y estable ranura un conjunto de fibras.
