Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con una plantilla para un recipiente de tapa abatible y con un método para producir una plantilla para un recipiente de tapa abatible y con un método para producir un recipiente de tapa abatible a partir de una plantilla. Una plantilla de acuerdo con la presente invención puede comprender, preferentemente, una sección para una parte del cuerpo externo y una sección para un marco interno. La sección de la plantilla para el cuerpo externo comprende dos paneles laterales, un panel frontal y un panel posterior. Cada panel lateral se conecta, típicamente, al panel frontal en las líneas de doblez verticales opuestas; el panel posterior se conecta, típicamente, a uno de los paneles laterales a lo largo de una línea de doblez vertical. Una línea de desgarre se proporciona en los paneles laterales y en el panel frontal; la línea de desgarre se extiende con inclinación hacia abajo en los paneles laterales hacia el panel frontal y se extiende horizontalmente en al menos una parte del panel frontal. Cada uno de los paneles laterales, panel frontal y panel posterior tienen una aleta conectada en una línea de doblez horizontal inferior y una superior del panel. Además, la sección de la plantilla para el marco interno comprende dos partes laterales internas y una parte frontal interna, en donde cada una de las partes laterales internas se conectan a la parte frontal interna en las líneas de doblez verticales opuestas, y la parte frontal interna comprende una aleta conectada en una línea de doblez horizontal superior, dicha aleta comprende una línea de desgarre que define una parte de aleta por encima de la línea de desgarre.
