Abstract
Se proporciona un material de acero de alta resistencia para pozos de petróleo, que tiene una composición química que consiste, en porcentaje en masa, en C: de 0.70 a 1.8%, Si: de 0.05 a 1.00%, Mn: de 12.0 a 25.0%, Al: de 0.003 a 0.06%, P: = 0.03%, S: = 0.03%, N: = 0.10%, V: > 0.5% y = 2.0%, Cr: de 0 a 2.0%, Mo: de 0 a 3.0%, Cu: de 0 a 1.5%, Ni: de 0 a 1.5%, Nb: de 0 a 0.5%, Ta: de 0 a 0.5%, Ti: de 0 a 0.5%, Zr: de 0 a 0.5%, Ca: de 0 a 0.005%, Mg: de 0 a 0.005%, B: de 0 a 0.015%, el resto: Fe e impurezas, que satisfacen [0.6 = C - 0.18V - 0.06Cr < 1.44], en donde una microestructura metálica esencialmente consiste en una sola fase de austenita, carburos de V que tienen diámetros de círculo equivalentes de 5 a 100 nm, existen con una densidad numérica de 20 piezas/µm2 o más y un límite de elasticidad de 654 MPa o mayor.
