Abstract
The present invention discloses the process for forming a polymeric high-performance aqueous phase fluid at high-temperature based on seawater for drilling land wells and offshore wells called SPAT(r). Said process, seeks to provide in each of its stages high-technology products, as well as to contribute to the drilling performance improvement in wells with a temperature gradient of up to 200°C. The fluid obtained from said process fulfills all the functions required to drill wells in producing zones with minimal damage therein since its chemical materials provide 100.0% of the solubility to 15.0% HCI. Also, said materials are easy to prepare at 70.0 m3 per 30 minutes as the maximum time in the base fluid, reducing the use of boats and lowering the biodegradability time. Moreover, they provide excellent clay necks inhibition, possessing good lubricity by substantially improving the ROP and significantly improving the cleaning of the well, providing a Viscosity of 50 seconds from its preparation. Finally, the fluid possesses the function of providing a high level of oxidizing ions to give the acid gases control of the formations with a bridging material that is calcium carbonate in different granulometries.
