Abstract
En general, esta divulgación describe técnicas para codificar bloques de video utilizando un proceso de conversión de color-espacio; un codificador de video, tal como un codificador de video o un decodificador de video, puede determinar un modo de codificación utilizado para codificar los datos de video; el modo de codificación puede ser uno de un modo de codificación con pérdida o un modo de codificación sin pérdida; el codificador de video puede determinar un proceso de transformada de color-espacio que depende del modo de codificación utilizado para codificar los datos de video; el codificador de video puede aplicar el proceso de transformada de color-espacio en la codificación de los datos de video; en la decodificación de los datos de video, independiente de si el modo de codificación es el modo de codificación con pérdida o el modo de codificación sin pérdida, el codificador de video puede aplicar el mismo proceso de transformada inversa de color-espacio en un bucle de decodificación del proceso de codificación.
