Abstract

La invención se refiere a un alambre de acero enrollado en frío que tiene la siguiente composición química, expresa en porcentaje en peso: 0.2 = C % = 0.6, 0.5 = Mn % = 1.0, 0.1 = Si = 0.5%, 0.2 = Cr = 1.0%, P = 0.020%, S = 0.015%, N = 0.010% y opcionalmente no más de 0.07% de Al, no más de 0.2% de Ni, no más de 0.1% de Mo y no más de 0.1% de Cu, el resto siendo acero e impurezas inevitables resultantes de la elaboración. Dicho alambre tiene una microestructura que comprende bainita y, opcionalmente, hasta 35% de ferrita acicular y hasta 15% de perlita. La invención también se refiere al proceso de producción y a conductos flexibles que los incorporan que se utilizan para la explotación de hidrocarburos.
