Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una nueva composición farmacéutica que contiene una combinación de ácido 5-aminosalicílico y nicotinamida o compuestos relacionados. Se cree que la combinación influye beneficiosamente en la microflora intestinal y/o reduce la inflamación gastrointestinal. En ciertas modalidades, la composición farmacéutica se libera parcial o completamente en el intestino delgado o el intestino grueso. La figura más representativa de la invención es la número 1.
