Abstract

Se proporciona una máquina para elaboración y empacado de bolsa en donde es posible, cuando se mueve una cuchilla dispuesta en un espacio formado en un yunque hacia una bocina y una bolsa empacada y recortada de una película de empaque durante sellado transversal ultrasónico, prevenir que la cuchilla entre en contacto con el yunque y otros miembros y con ello prevenir que ocurran reducción en la vida de servicio de una unidad ultrasónica y otra de esas circunstancias. La máquina para elaboración y empacado de bolsa pone en medio una película tubular entre una primera bocina (51a) y un primer yunque (51b) y la sella transversalmente de manera ultrasónica. La máquina para elaboración y empacado de bolsa comprende: una cuchilla (72) dispuesta en un espacio de movimiento de cuchilla del lado de yunque (Sa) formado en el primer yunque; una parte que impulsa la cuchilla, y guías (76) proporcionadas a cada uno de dos extremos del primer yunque, en los cuales espacios guía (Sg) por los cuales se guía el movimiento de la cuchilla cuando la cuchilla es impulsada por el cilindro de aire, se forman. El ancho (Dg) de los espacios y (Sg) con respecto a una dirección ortogonal tanto una dirección longitudinal como una dirección de movimiento de la cuchilla es menor que el ancho (DA) del espacio de movimiento de cuchilla de lado de yunque (SA) con respecto la misma dirección.
