Abstract
La invención se refiere a un conjunto quemador (1) y un método para la combustión de combustible gaseoso o líquido para calentar un horno industrial (9), cuyo conjunto quemador tiene una cámara de combustión (2), al menos una entrada de aire de combustión principal (3) para suministrar aire de combustión precalentado (4) a la cámara de combustión (2), un quemador (5) con al menos una alimentación de combustible (7) y al menos una alimentación de aire (8) para suministrar combustible y aire primario a la cámara de combustión (2), en donde el quemador (5) está posicionado junto a una zona de combustión de la cámara de combustión (2) de tal manera que el aire de combustión (4) que penetra en la cámara de combustión (2) a través de la entrada de aire de combustión principal (3) pasa por el quemador (5) en la zona de combustión y es luego desviado de tal modo que el flujo de aire de combustión precalentado y los flujos más pequeños de combustible y aire primario fluyen principalmente en paralelo desde el quemador (5) hasta el horno (9), y una unidad de control para controlar el suministro de combustible y posiblemente aire primario a la cámara de combustión (2). La unidad de control está adaptada para suministrar el combustible y/o el aire primario a la cámara de combustión (2) desde las alimentaciones de combustible y/o aire (7, 8) con una velocidad de salida superior a 150 m/s.
