Abstract

Una composición para viscosificar un líquido base no acuosos. La composición tiene carbonato de glicerina y opcionalmente un alcohol alcoxilado que tiene la fórmula: en donde R es un alquilo lineal o ramificado de 2 a 18 átomos de carbono o un radical aromático que tiene la estructura: donde R1 es alquilo ramificado o lineal que tiene de 2 a 18 átomos de carbono, R2 es H o CH3, R3 es H o CH3, a es de 0 a 12 y b es de 1 a 12. El líquido base que tiene mayor que 20% de nafténicos y aproximadamente 10% a aproximadamente 35% de isoparafinas.
