Abstract
Un sistema de arbitraje de espectro dinámico (DSA) que incluye un controlador de política de espectro dinámico (DPC) y un controlador de espectro dinámico (DSC) que juntos gestionan dinámicamente la asignación y uso de recursos (p.ej., recursos de espectros) a través de diferentes redes. El componente del DSC puede incluir conexiones cableadas o inalámbricas a nodos eNodeBs, un componente/servidor de la función de política y reglas de facturación (PCRF) y varios otros componentes de red.
