Abstract
In a heterogeneous-substance accommodating device, which is used coupled to the orifice of a container: on the inside of a body there is an accommodating part having a storage space ; on the top of the accommodating part there is a soft folding part; in a floor part of a top part of the folding part there is an opening part extending lengthways towards the bottom; heterogeneous substances are placed in the storage space of the accommodating part ; the lower part of the accommodating part is hermetically sealed with a hermetically-sealing part ; and, if the folding part is pressed, the opening part destroys the hermetically-sealing part such that, during this process, the heterogeneous substances held in the storage space fall into the container and are mixed. In the heterogeneous-substance accommodating device, the folding part is constituted such that the folding part folds while expanding outwards if a force is exerted from the top of the folding part.

HETEROGENEOUS SUBSTANCE ACCOMMODATOR DEVICE THAT HAS
A SOFT FOLDING PART
Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to an accommodating device of heterogeneous substances having a soft folding part.
Background of the Invention
There is the international patent publication No. PCT / KR2011 / 09641 as the related technique. The related art may correspond to a technology for pressing a collapsible top to mix a different kind of substance contained in a storage space of an accommodating part.
Description of the invention
Technical problem
International patent publication No. PCT / KR2011 / 09641 in accordance with the related art relates to a technology in which a collapsible part is folded to mix heterogeneous substances with each other. In more detail, when a cover is removed and a sealing plug is pressed, the folding part collapses, and simultaneously, an opening part destroys a sealing part (sealing part) formed of an aluminum material, which is placed in a lower portion of a part
accommodating to allow a different type of substance contained in a storage space of the accommodating part to fall into a container, thereby mixing the heterogeneous substances with each other.
However, the stability and operating capacity of the folding part can be very sensitive according to the material or thickness of the folding part. In some cases, if the folding part has a thin thickness, the folding part can not return to its original position.
The present invention can solve the problem described in the above by improving a shape of the folding part, carrying out without problems in this way the stability and operating capacity of the folding part. Technical Solution
In an accommodating device of heterogeneous substances used when being coupled to a hole in a container, an accommodating part having a storage space is placed inside a main body, the soft folding part is placed in an upper portion of the accommodating part, and an opening part is placed at the bottom of the upper portion of the folding part by extending far downwards.
Also, a different type of substance is injected into the storage space of the accommodating part, a lower portion of the accommodating part is sealed when using
a sealing part, and when the folding part is pressed, the opening part destroys the sealing part so that the different type of substance contained in the storage space falls into the container and mixes.
Also, the folding part is folded up as it extends outwardly when a force is applied to an upper portion of the folding part. For this, when the folding part extends, the folding part has a shape in which an upper portion of the folding part folds the reference surface which is an upper outer portion of the folding part which is wide, and a lower portion of the folding part. the folding part that folds the reference surface which is a lower outer portion of the folding part which is narrow.
Also, when the folding part extends, the folding part forms an extension reference surface having a large outer diameter between an upper portion of the folding part that folds the reference surface which is an upper outer portion thereof, and a lower portion of the folding part that folds the reference surface which is a lower outer portion thereof.
Alternatively, when the folding part extends, an upper portion of the folding part extends and extends from a lower portion of the part
folding that folds the reference surface which is a lower end of the folding part.
Alternatively, when the collapsible part is folded, the collapsible part is folded into a shape of which an upper portion extends outwardly with respect to the lower outer portion.
According to one aspect, a hole of the main body is placed in an upper portion of the main body, an adhesion surface of the folding part extending outward is placed in an outer circumferential portion of a lower end of the main body orifice , and the soft folding part is injection molded to the adhesion surface of the folding part.
According to another aspect, a fold prevention part is placed in an upper or lower portion of an upper end of the folding part to prevent the folding part from being further folded to a predetermined degree or more. In one method, the fold prevention part positioned on the folding part comprises a folding prevention protrusion which projects outwardly or downwardly with respect to the upper portion of the folding part.
Also, the fold prevention part placed on the folding part has an adhesion surface of the folding part having an expanded shape in a portion
in which an upper end of the folding part meets the hole of the main body of the main body.
According to another additional aspect, a hole of the main body to which a sealing plug is assembled is placed in an upper portion of the main body of the accommodating device, a sealing part of the main body orifice formed of a soft resin is placed inside the orifice of the main body, the sealing part of the main body orifice is connected down by a guide at an upper end of a smooth part of the main body orifice and is connected to the folding part, which is placed on a lower side thereof , outside the upper end of the soft part.
According to a further aspect, when an orifice of the main body is formed to receive a sealing plug, a sealing portion of the main body orifice is placed in an inner lower end of the main body orifice of the main body, and an elastic sealing part. It is placed inside the sealing part of the hole of the main body.
According to another modified example, in the accommodating device including a first screw thread placed in a lower portion of an inner wall of a lateral surface of the main body of the
accommodating device and a second screw thread having a different standard from that of the first screw thread placed in an upper portion of the inner wall, the side surface in which the first screw thread is placed is a side surface having an outwardly extending shape, and an auxiliary screw thread having an inner diameter greater than that of the first screw thread that is placed on an inner wall of the side surface having an extension shape, i.e. isosceles trapezoidal shape.
Also, the auxiliary screw thread comprises a three-line auxiliary screw thread that engages the neck of a container having a screw thread of the neck of the container with a 30 MM standard, and the auxiliary screw thread has three lines that they are angled at approximately 120 degrees, and each of the three lines of the auxiliary screw thread has a length of about 10 MM to about 30 MM.
Advantageous Effects
The upper outer circumferential portion of the folding part may be wide, and the lower outer circumferential portion may be narrow. In this way, the restoring force by which the folding part returns to the upper side after the collapsible part is folded can be improved.

Detailed Description of the Invention
From now on, with reference to Figures 1 to 8, an accommodating device of heterogeneous substances according to the present invention is described selectively.
An accommodating device of heterogeneous substances 1 coupled to an orifice of a container includes an accommodating part 104 having a storage space 107 within a main body 100. A soft folding part F is placed in an upper portion of the accommodating part 104, and an opening part 108 that is
extends long downwardly defined at the bottom of an upper portion of the folding part F.
Also, a hole in the main body 109 is placed in an upper portion of the main body 100, and an orifice sealing part of the main body 110 having a hole in the main body orifice 111 is placed in an inner lower portion of the hole of the main body 109.
Also, a sealing plug 200 that includes a sealing hole sealing portion 201 for sealing the sealing hole of the main body orifice 111 engages the orifice of the main body 109. An anti-counterfeiting cover 300 is assembled to the main body 100 that includes sealing plug 200.
In the accommodating device 1 as described above, a different type of substance is injected into a storage space 107 of the accommodating part 104, and a lower portion of the accommodating part 104 is sealed by using a sealing part S such as an aluminum sealing member.
Also, the folding part F is configured so that the opening part 108 breaks and pierces the sealing part s when the folding part F is pressed. In this process, the different type of substance contained in the storage space 107 falls into the container and then
it mixes.
Also, the folding part F is configured so that the folding part F expands outward and then collapses when a force is applied from an upper side of the folding part F. When the folding part F extends, the folding part F can having a shape in which an upper portion of the folding part folds the reference surface FA which is an upper outer portion that is wide, and a lower portion of the folding portion that folds the reference surface FB which is a lower outer portion which is narrow.
Also, when the folding part F extends, the folding part F forms an extension reference surface FC having a large outside diameter between the upper portion of the folding part that folds the reference surface FA which is the upper outer portion and to the lower portion of the folding part that folds the reference surface FB which is the lower outer portion.
Also, when the folding part F extends, the folding part F can be extended so that an upper portion that is an upper side extends from the lower portion of the folding part that folds the reference surface FB which is the outer portion. bottom of the folding part F.
By explaining the accommodating device 1 in more detail, Figure 1 illustrates a paradigmatic example of the accommodating device 1. Figure 1 illustrates a state in which the cover 300 includes an anti-counterfeit rim 301.
Also, the projection 302 is slightly spaced from the folding part F. This becomes a reason in which, if the projection 302 makes contact with an outer circumferential portion of the folding part F from the start, a resistance is present when it is sealed again because an outer configuration of the folding part F extends as long as the folding part F is folded.
Figure 2 is a view of a state before the cover 300 is coupled to the main body 100.
Figure 3 illustrates a state in which the collapsible part is folded up as it extends outwardly when the sealing plug 200 is pressed.
Figure 4 illustrates an example in which the main body 100 is primarily injection molded, that is, it illustrates a state before the folding part F of Figure 5 is formed.
For reference, Figure 4 illustrates a state in which a resin moves in a direction of the housing part 104 through the projecting portion 112 on an upper side of the opening part 10. This condition is a
example of a method to make a mold.
Also, although one end of the projecting part 113 is separated at a time as long as it is injection molded, the end of the projecting part 113 immediately returns to its original position.
Also, as illustrated in FIG. 4, an adhesion surface of the foldable portion 114 is formed in an outer circumferential portion of a lower end of the bore of the main body 109. In this state, FIG. 5 illustrates a condition in which the folding part F is molded by a multipoint molding machine.
As illustrated in Figure 5, it is noted that the upper portion of the folding part F adheres closely to the adhesion surface of the folding part 114.
Also, although the auxiliary protruding part 115 is placed in the opening part 108, and a first sealing part of the neck of the container 105 and a second sealing part of the neck of the container 106 are formed in an outer circumferential portion of the accommodating part 104, the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, other modified structures may be permissible.
Also, a first screw thread 102 and a second screw thread 103 having different standards from each other are placed in an inner portion of a
lateral surface 101 which is an outer circumferential portion of the main body 100. Each of the first screw thread 102 and the second screw thread 103 can be used to be selectively coupled to each of the screw threads of the neck of the different container formed in a container neck.
Also, a dotted line shown in Figure 5 represents a state in which the neck of the container 100 having different shapes from each other makes contact with the first sealing part of the container neck 105.
In the case of Figure 6, the extension reference surface FC in which a central portion of the folding part F extends is illustrated. In this state, the extension reference surface FC is formed while the folding part F is inflated in a foldable shape due to the resistance when the main body 100 is separated (dispensed) from the mold.
In the case of Figure 7, when the sealing plug 200 is pressed, the folding part F is folded up as it extends outwards. In this process, the adhesion surface of the folding part 114 receives resistance in a direction of an inner wall of an upper end of the accommodating part 104, and in this way, the folding part F no longer folds for stopping. In the situation of Figure 7, when the applied force is 1 part, the part
folding F immediately returns to an upper side (see Figure 8).
Also, in the situation of Figure 7, when the sealing plug 200 is raised, the sealing part of the sealing hole 201 comes out of the sealing part of the orifice of the main body 110 to form a hole for sealing the hole in the main body 111. .
In the case of Figure 9, the folding prevention projection FD is formed at the bottom of an upper end of the folding part F so that the folding part does not fold further to a predetermined degree or more. At this point, the folding prevention projection FD can be selected so that the folding prevention projection FD does not cover a top or bottom surface of the folding part F.
In the present invention, the accommodating device 1 of the present invention can be defined as follows.
An accommodating device of heterogeneous substances 1 coupled to an orifice of a container includes an accommodating part 104 having a storage space 107 within a main body 100. A soft folding part F is placed in an upper portion of the accommodating part 104, and an opening portion 108 extending long downwardly is defined at the bottom of an upper portion of the folding part F.
Also, a different type of substance is injected into the storage space 107 of the accommodating part 104, and a lower portion of the accommodating part 104 is sealed by a sealing part S. When the folding part F is pressed, the opening part 108 destroys the sealing part S, and in this way, the different type of substance contained in the storage space 107 falls into a container and then mixed.
Also, the folding part F has a structure in which an upper portion of the folding part that folds the reference surface FA which is an upper outer portion is wide, and a lower portion of the folding portion that folds the reference surface FB which is a lower outer portion is narrow.
Also, the folding part F is folded into a form in which an upper side of the folding part F extends outwardly with respect to a lower outer portion thereof while the folding part F is folded.
Also, when folding part F is formed, a hole in main body 109 is placed in an upper portion of the main body. Also, an adhesion surface of the folding part 114 having an outwardly extending shape is placed in an outer circumferential portion of a lower end of the hole
of the main body 109. The soft folding part F is injection molded to the adhesion surface of the folding part 114.
Particularly, the folding part F of the accommodating device 1 is configured so that the folding part F expands outwards and then folds when a force is applied from an upper side of the folding part F. Also, a folding prevention part is it can be placed on an upper or lower portion of an upper end of the folding part F so that the folding part F does not fold to a predetermined degree or more,
Also, the fold prevention part formed in the folding part F can have a structure in which a folding prevention protrusion FD on exits downwards or upwards with respect to the upper portion of the folding part F. This case can refer to Figure 9.
Also, a paradigmatic example of the fold prevention part formed in the folding part F may include an example in which an adhesion surface of the folding part 114 having an expanded shape forms a portion in which an upper end of the folding part F meets a hole in the main body 109 of the main body 100.
For another example, as illustrated in Figure 10, the hole in the main body 109 to which a plug
sealer 200 is assembled is placed in an upper portion of the accommodating device 1. Also, a soft part 116 in which a sealing part of the main body orifice 110 'formed of a soft resin is placed within the orifice of the main body 109. A lower portion of the sealing part of the main body orifice 110 'is connected to an upper end of the soft part 117 of the main body orifice 109 by a guide 118, and the hole seal fixture of the main body 110' is connected to the folding part F, which is placed on a lower side thereof, outside the upper end of the soft part 117.
In Figures 11 and 12, the orifice of the main body 109 for housing the sealing plug 200 is formed in the main body 100. The sealing part of the orifice of the main body 110 is placed in an inner lower end of the hole in the main body 109, and an elastic sealing part 119 is placed inwardly of the sealing portion of the main body orifice. In use, as illustrated in Figure 11, the elastic sealing part 119 is closely joined to the sealing part of the sealing hole 201 and is thus sealed.
With reference to Figure 13, a first screw thread 102 is placed in a lower portion of an interior wall of a side surface 101 of the main body.

In the case of Figure 14, an example is illustrated in which the main body 100 is coupled to a container neck 1000A having a large size. Particularly, a state in which the auxiliary screw thread 121 is hung on and fixed to the screw thread of the neck of the
vessel 1001.
In the case of Figure 15, a modified example of an opening part 108A formed within an accommodating part 104A is illustrated. At this point, an opening end 122 is divided by a space 123. In use, the opening end 122 pierces two portions of a sealing part SA. This is shown as a dotted line in Figure 15.
In the case of Figure 16, a tapered puncture bolt 124 is placed on one side of the opening portion 108A. In use, the opening end 122 pierces the sealing portion SA which seals a lower portion of the accommodating portion 104A to form a falling space SC, and the piercing bolt 124 forms a puncture portion SB.
In the case of Figure 17, an example is illustrated in which a sealing part of the sealing hole 2OIA formed in the sealing plug 200 is formed of a soft resin. Preferably, the sealing portion of the sealing hole 2OIA can extend long under a smooth upper end part of the sealing plug 203 which is placed at an upper end.
In the case of Figure 18, the accommodating device 1 described above and a packaging system 400 of the accommodating device 1 are illustrated. In detail, the accommodating device 1 is classified by a
feeder constituting a portion of the packaging system 400. The sorting device 1 classified is transferred to a part of the supply 410, and the accommodating device 1 supplied to the supply part 410 is transferred to an arranged block 421 which constitutes a transfer conveyor main 420. Then, the defects of the accommodating device 1 transferred to block 421 are inspected by a series of inspection devices 430.
Also, the accommodating device 1 in which the inspection is completed is transferred to the next process. Simultaneously, the information regarding whether the inspection is carried out is transmitted on a computing device, and then, an accommodating device 1 which is determined as a defective product in a series of processes is discharged to a defective product corner.

As described above, the accommodating device 1 in which the sealing is completed is inspected by inspection part 490, and then transferred to a transfer block MB of an auxiliary transfer conveyor to carry out the following process . The transferred accommodating device 1 is packaged by a film packing part FS.
For reference, the film packaging part FS includes at least one guide in an input guide of the accommodating device. The accommodating device is entered into a film that extends from a roll-shaped film FL that constitutes a portion of the film-wrapping part FS along the guide, and a packaging container together with the accommodating device.
Input 1 is formed in the sealing part. The formed packaging container is separated as a separate packaging container and then discharged.
Alternatively, the accommodating device 1 in which the inspection is completed is entered directly into the guide (the supply part) which constitutes the film packaging part FS and is then packed.
Figures 19 and 20 refer to a sorting device 500 for carrying out a process in which the accommodating device 1 is supplied in the supply part 410 of the packaging system 400. In detail, a number of accommodating devices 1 it is supplied in the sorting device 500, and the supplied accommodating devices 1 move in a space in the sorting band 510.
Also, the sort band 510 rotates continuously, and the hosting devices 1 hung in the sort band 510 are supplied in the supply part 410 of Figure 18.

In the case of Figure 20, an example is illustrated in which the sorting band 510 hangs on the lateral surface 101 of the accommodating device 1. Preferably, the sorting band 510 and a space
in the sorting band 510 can be formed so that a tipping part 101A is hung in the sorting band 510.
Industrial Applicability
The heterogeneous substance discharge device of the present invention can be used to allow the extract or powder to fall into various products such as specific beverages, drinking water, alcohol to mix the extract or powder with the various products. Also, the heterogeneous substance discharge device can be used for chemicals that are to be mixed or other daily supplies to mix contents that are to be separated from each other.
Claims (15)
1. An accommodating device of heterogeneous substances used when being coupled to a hole of a container, comprising a soft folding part, wherein an accommodating part having a storage space is placed inside a main body, the soft folding part is placed in an upper portion of the accommodating part, an opening part is placed at the bottom of the upper portion of the folding part to extend lengthwise downward, a different type of substance is injected into the storage space of the accommodating part, a portion The lower part of the accommodating part is sealed by using a sealing part, and when the folding part is pressed, the opening part destroys the sealing part so that the different type of substance contained in the storage space falls into the container and mixes , characterized in that the folding part is folded up as it extends outwards when a force is applied to a portion Top of the folding part.
2. The accommodating device of heterogeneous substances according to claim 1, wherein, when the folding part is extended, the folding part has a shape in which an upper portion of the folding part folds the reference surface which is an upper outer portion of the collapsible portion that is wide and a lower portion of the collapsible portion that folds the reference surface which is a lower outer portion of the collapsible portion that is narrow.

An accommodating device of heterogeneous substances used to be coupled to a hole in a container, comprising a soft folding part, wherein an accommodating part having a storage space is placed inside a main body, the soft folding part is placed in an upper portion of the accommodating part, an opening part is placed at the bottom of the upper portion of the folding part to extend lengthwise downward, a different kind of substance is injected into the storage space of the housing part, a The lower portion of the accommodating part is sealed by using a sealing part, when the folding part is pressed, the opening part destroys the sealing part so that the different type of substance contained in the storage space falls into the container and mixes , and when a force is applied to a upper portion of the folding part, the folding part of the accommodating device is folded up as it extends outward, characterized in that a folding prevention part is placed in an upper or lower portion of an upper end of the folding part to avoid that the folding part is further folded to a predetermined degree or more.
9. The accommodating device of heterogeneous substances according to claim 8, wherein the folding prevention part placed on the folding part comprises a folding prevention protrusion projecting upwards or downwards with respect to the upper portion of the folding part .
