The present disclosure is related to an automated system with the use of renewable energies and recycled glass for the production of ecological and sustainable substitutes from raw materials, and the process thereof; characterized in that it consists of different work stations with independent functions, the system mainly comprising a solar photovoltaic station, a glass recycling mechanical system, an integrated electronic control module for the programmed automatic operation thereof wherein the control module interacts with the other control units by means of said connection through a controlled program by the PLC programmable logic unit, and wherein each electronic control module has a dedicated sensor according to the functionality of the workstation.
