Description

DEVICE FOR ACCOMMODATING CANNED BEVERAGES TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention pertains to a device for accommodating cans, preferably beverages, canned beverages, especially applied to cooling apparatuses, such as refrigerators, the freezer, chillers in general. More specifically, the can housing device, according to the present invention, comprises technical, structural, construction and functional characteristics capable of providing significant improvements and benefits depending on the use of internal spaces of a cooling compartment.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION According to the general knowledge available in the state of the art, innumerable models of devices for housing canned beverages designed for the application in cooling apparatuses are already known. It is appreciated that these models of accommodation devices, specially designed to fit in spaces dedicated exclusively to interior can cabinets, require certain complementary design care, as there are clear restrictions imposed by the arrangement of the cooling cabinet of conventional refrigeration appliances. .
More specifically, it is appreciated that these appliances are designed to store many other foods and products, as well as canned beverages, and for this reason, it is established that certain models of refrigeration appliances are provided with exclusive compartments for storing these canned beverages, which are formed in the manner of shelving arrangement, beverage dispensing modules, and honeycomb-type devices for housing cans in an individualized manner.
As all experts in the field know, there are certain models of modern beverage can accommodation that have the ability, in addition to storing, to distribute and organize the cans in a sequence, for example, according to the time the cans are stored, which ensures that the accessible can is the one that has been in the refrigeration unit for the longest time. Therefore, it is appreciated that the state of the art comprises innumerable models of can housings, but practically all the models show a great inconvenience related to the physical space occupied by these structures.
More specifically, it can be seen that the vast majority of accommodation devices have a static and fixed arrangement in the sense that in the absence of canned beverages to be housed, the space occupied by said structures will be the same. That is, if there are no canned beverages to be cooled, the user eventually loses space in the cooling cabinet where the compartments dedicated to the storage of cans are placed and / or installed.
Alternatively, it is known that there are some can housing models that are completely separable from the cooling cabinet, and then in the absence of cans, the user can completely remove said housing means. However, the fact that the structure and components of the accommodation device will occupy some other space in the user's home can not be overlooked, that is, there will still be some inconvenience related to the arrangement of these hosting devices. Furthermore, it is known that the removal and / or dismantling of the structure of these accommodation devices requires relatively complex procedures that end up discouraging removal from inside the cabinet, and therefore there will always be a space within the cabinet that is compromised and without utility.
In this sense, with the aim of trying to solve some of these disadvantages, the state of the technique includes certain models of accommodation of beverage containers whose arrangement allows, to a certain extent, a better use of the space occupied by its components when there is no cans to be cooled. More specifically, the following documents may be cited: CN202836029, CN 1464271, CN 102401540 and PI 1001402, which show container structures for beverage containers that substantially comprise complex technical, construction and functional aspects.
Additionally, these housing device models include structures that do not efficiently guarantee storage of canned drinks, since they are arranged on the basis of retractable bars that can easily undo and cause some damage. In addition, as previously mentioned, there are documents that show accommodation devices whose arrangement is static, that is, to be able to use the space, it is necessary to remove part or all of the structure that houses the canned drinks.
More particularly in relation to the document CN 202836029, although it comprises support structures capable of being retracted, in the absence of canned drinks, its arrangement does not guarantee an adequate or safe housing of the cans, since the structural bars are apparently mobile and allow the passage of canned drinks.
CN 1464271 discloses a storage and distribution device for canned beverages. As can be seen, this type of structure is fixed, that is, static, since there is no way to remove or reduce the space occupied by this arrangement.
The document CN 102401540 and PI 1001402 show structures for housing cans comprising the inclined portion capable of supporting the cans by virtue of the manner in which they are supported in the structure. It is obviously perceived that it is not possible to guarantee that the cans can be firmly fixed, and therefore there are serious risks of loosening.
Therefore it can be clearly asserted by the experts in the art, although of the housing models for canned beverages solve some of the drawbacks of the state of the art, they still present problems related to the space occupied by this type of device. Furthermore, it is established that the current state of the art lacks the technical and construction solutions capable of achieving the effective optimization of the space according to the need and the use of the protection space now required, preferably, of the apparatus cabinets. of refrigeration.
Objectives of the Invention Therefore, taking into account the above, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a device for housing canned beverages, preferably applied to refrigeration appliances in general, and comprising technical, construction and structural features that are innovative and capable of improving and / or solving the drawbacks and limitations appreciated in the devices known in the state of the art.
More specifically, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a device for housing canned beverages whose technical and construction aspects allow the substantially improved and optimized use of the internal space of the cabinets of refrigeration appliances.
Additionally, a further objective of the present invention is to provide a device for housing canned beverages whose characteristics allow the user to use and occupy the internal spaces of the cabinets that they are hardly used in the conventional apparatuses available in the state of the technique.
Finally, it is also an object of the present invention to provide a device for receiving canned beverages capable of being applied to the upper or side walls of the refrigeration cabinet, or also to the door of the refrigerating apparatus.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Therefore, to achieve the objectives, purposes and technical effects indicated above, the present invention pertains to a device for receiving canned beverages, and comprises a base structure provided with projecting fins, in which there are retractable supports wrapped to support said beverages canned These retractable supports are cooperatively wrapped with said protruding fins by means of rotating elements responsible for promoting the opening and closing of the can housing device, the object of the present invention.
