Abstract
Prótesis valvular cardiaca, que comprende una estructura de soporte de forma anular (3) que se ancla en el anillo (annulus) valvular y una valva valvular (5) soportada de por la estructura de soporte. La estructura de soporte comprende una porción de pared de soporte (31) a la cual se conecta un extremo radicular (51) de la valva valvular y una porción de pared complementaria (32) opuesta a la porción de pared de soporte, que soporta la superficie de coaptación (33) adaptada para acoplarse herméticamente mediante un extremo libre (52) de la valva valvular (5) y que se extiende en una dirección paralela a la dirección de movimiento del extremo libre (52) de la valva valvular (5) en la superficie de coaptación (33). El extremo libre de la valva valvular (5) está conectado a la porción de pared de soporte o a la porción de pared complementaria por medio de un miembro de tracción (55), dimensionado de tal modo que el extremo libre (52) de la valva valvular (5) se detiene en la superficie de coaptación.
