Abstract

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION There are anti-wrinkle pillow techniques that, like the rest of the traditional pillows, settle and fix on the surface of the mattress, with the difference that they have lateral cutouts looking to get rid of face contact, maybe this technique would work, if movements are kept under control when lying down, but these pillows do not accompany the involuntary and unconscious movement of people while they sleep, causing the recurrent crushing of the face, so that it is feasible to miss the final goal of its design.

On the other hand there are pillows with traditional designs that aim to protect against crushing and deformation to the face, only because they are made with soft materials such as memory sponge and gel, but these materials, even if they are flexible, have an expiration date, where no longer cushion, and there begins to suffer crushing the face, because they do not eliminate direct contact between the face and the pillow, leaving it exposed to crushing and deformation.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The invention presented here shows a totally revolutionary and novel pillow concept. This pillow is able to accompany the involuntary and unconscious movement of the user while he sleeps, keeping him 100% free of contact and facial deformation, throughout the night or resting time.

Being more specific the description of this pillow, it is composed of a layer or tubular film (0), of cushioned material, as are low density sponges, memory sponges, gel, etc. This part of the pillow may be composed of one of these materials or a combination thereof. The internal part of this cushioned film is lined with fabrics that are soft to the touch, while the outer lining is made of material that slides before friction with the mattress. The cushioned body has at least one frontal cutout (8) for protection against facial contact and at least two lateral cutouts (9) that prevent crushing of the ears; This cushioned body is fixed around the head, having the option of adjustment in the area of the forehead and chin by means of a fixing mechanism (5), eg contact fabric, sailboat, or other rapid adjustment methods; also has, on the outside with a coupling system (7), such as buttons (7), which serve as a quick coupling to the elastic straps (3), which are subject to the frame (2) described below .

RELEVANT REALIZATION OF THE INVENTION In view of the aforementioned figures, it can be seen how the invention consists of a tubular film or a cushioned body (0), and a half-moon shaped piece (1), both constructed in variable dimensions, according to the size of the user , made of cushioned material and soft to the touch, with thermal characteristics according to the need of the time and region where it is used, such as polyurethane foam, memory sponge, gel, or any other material with similar characteristics. The tubular film or padded body (0) and the half-moon shaped piece (1) are coated on the inside with soft-touch material and thermal characteristics as required (fresh or hot).

The clamping mechanism (E) between the tubular film or padded body (0) and the half-moon shaped piece (1), can be by means of contact fabric or another method of quick fixation (5); likewise, the opening (6) of the tubular film or cushioned body (0) is adjusted.

The frame (2) consists of a structure of circular shape and of variable dimensions, according to the size of the user, constructed of any type of metal, plastics or other material with rigid characteristics.

CLAIMS Having sufficiently described my invention, I consider as a novelty and therefore claim as my exclusive property, what is contained in the following clauses:

An anti-wrinkle facial protection pillow characterized among the others because it is comprised of: a cushioned fastening body or tubular film, located around the head, which is comprised of at least one front protection cutout for the face contact and at least two lateral cutouts that avoid crushing the ears; a frame or rigid structure preferably of circular or oval shape characterized in that it comprises at least two horizontal rings, one upper and one lower, and at least four vertical columns for support of the rings; a fastening mechanism for braces located in the frame, preferably in the columns, which allows fastening braces to the frame and / or the columns; and at least four braces preferably attached to the columns.
