Abstract
Se proporcionan una placa de aleación de aluminio tipo JIS5000 que es excelente en capacidad de conformación a presión y capacidad de fijación de forma, y que tiene alta resistencia adecuada para una placa de carrocería automotriz, y un método para fabricar la misma. Esta placa de aleación de aluminio tiene: una composición de componentes que contiene 3.4-5.5% en masa de Mg, 0.05-0.25% en masa de Fe, y 0.005-0.10% en masa de Ti, el contenido de Si como una impureza se restringe a menos de 0.20 % en masa, y el resto comprende esencialmente Al e impurezas inevitables; una estructura metalográfica en la que el diámetro de partícula de cristal promedio es menor a 15 µm y el número de partículas de segunda fase tiene un diámetro circular equivalente de 3 µm o mayor que es menor a 300/mm2, y una resistencia a la tracción de al menos 2447.31 kg/cm2 (240 MPa) y un límite elástico de menos de 1325.63kg/cm2 (130 MPa), un alargamiento de al menos 30%, y un límite de fractura de deformación plana de al menos 0.20 a un índice de deformación de 20/segundos. Un método de fabricación en el que las condiciones de cada etapa se especifican para fabricar la placa de aleación de aluminio mencionada en lo anterior.
