Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un sistema de acoplamiento inalámbrico en un ambiente de espectro de radio compartido que incluye: una estación de acoplamiento (320) configurada con una radio (322) conectada a una antena (324); un dispositivo de acoplamiento (310) configurado con una radio (312) conectada a una antena (314) y que utiliza un estándar de radio con un mecanismo de detección de portadora para la comunicación con la estación de acoplamiento; y un dispositivo de reducción de eficiencia de la antena (328) que reduce la sensibilidad del mecanismo de detección de portadora en el dispositivo de acoplamiento cuando el dispositivo de acoplamiento se acopla físicamente con la estación de acoplamiento.
