Abstract

La invención proporciona un método para cuantificar inmunoglobulinas múltiples específicas de antígeno en una muestra de prueba, el método comprende utilizar una dilución en serie de anticuerpos anti-inmunoglobulina, fragmentos o derivados de los mismos, inmovilizados sobre un soporte sólido en combinación con una dilución en serie de una muestra de referencia de inmunoglobulina para generar curvas múltiples de capacidad de unión; dichas curvas de capacidad de unión se hacen coincidir con curvas de respuesta a dosis específicas generadas para cada antígeno específico a ser probado usando muestras de suero de reactividad conocida con aquellos antígenos para proporcionar un sistema de calibración que habilite el análisis más preciso de inmunoglobulina específica de antígeno en una muestra; la invención también proporciona métodos para calibrar un dispositivo adecuado para probar inmunoglobulinas múltiples específicas de antígeno unidas a antígenos múltiples o fragmentos de los mismos inmovilizados sobre un soporte sólido; también se proporcionan un sistema de prueba multi-alérgeno y kits para usarse en los métodos.
