Abstract
Método para doblar una hoja de vidrio, donde a. al menos una hoja de vidrio (1,2) es colocada en un anillo de predoblez (7a) con un sujetador del anillo de doblez móvil (3), la hoja de vidrio (1,2) es calentada al menos aproximadamente a su temperatura de ablandamiento, y la hoja de vidrio (1,2) es predoblada en el anillo de predoblez (7a) del 5% al 50% del doblez final del borde, b. la hoja de vidrio predoblada (1,2) es levantada del anillo de predoblez (7a) por medio de un dispositivo de succión (5) y es doblada adicionalmente más allá del doblez obtenido en el anillo de predoblez (7a), donde durante el doblez sobre una superficie de contacto doblada (12) de un contramarco (8) del dispositivo de succión (5), existe una distancia mínima (15) de 3 mm a 50 mm entre la hoja de vidrio (1) y un deflector de aire (11) de una cubierta (9) del dispositivo de succión (5) que rodea el contramarco (8), c. la hoja de vidrio (1) es colocada por medio del dispositivo de succión (5) en un anillo de doblez final (7b) sobre el sujetador del anillo de doblez móvil (3), y la hoja de vidrio (1,2) es doblada al doblez final, y d. la hoja de vidrio (1,2) es enfriada en el anillo de doblez final (7b) y la hoja de vidrio (1) es doblada por el dispositivo de succión (5) del 100% al 130% del doblez final total del borde.
