Abstract

La invención se relaciona con una composición inyectable pretendida para inducción de tejido del tejido blando mediante un sistema de liberación progresiva prolongada e intermedia; en particular, la invención se relaciona con una composición comprendiendo un gel de al menos un primer polímero biodegradable formando un primer agente para rellenar tejido blando en un animal y una suspensión en este gel de microesferas con un diámetro promedio entre 5 y 50 micrómetros, las microesferas comprendiendo 50 a 90 % p de al menos un polisacárido biodegradable con relación al peso total de las microesferas, las microesferas induciendo un segundo relleno para inducción de tejido y conteniendo al menos un segundo polímero biodegradable formando al menos un tercer relleno de tejido blando en un animal.
