Abstract
Un dispositivo de protección de circuitos para proteger un sistema fotovoltáico (PV = Photovoltaic) contra una condición de sobretensión. El dispositivo de protección de circuitos incluye un primer electrodo eléctricamente conectable a una primera línea de un circuito eléctrico, un segundo electrodo eléctricamente conectable a una segunda línea del circuito eléctrico. Un primer elemento térmico, un segundo elemento térmico y un montaje de sobrecarga definen una primera trayectoria conductora entre el primero y segundo electrodos. Una derivación define una segunda trayectoria conductora entre el primero y segundo electrodos. El montaje de sobrecarga conecta eléctricamente el primer elemento térmico con el segundo elemento térmico, y es movible entre una posición cerrada y una posición abierta (es decir, condición de sobrecarga) . Una soldadura de baja temperatura de fusión conecta eléctricamente el montaje de sobrecarga con el segundo elemento térmico. La soldadura de baja temperatura de fusión se ablanda y funde mientras que la temperatura aumenta en respuesta a una condición de sobretensión.
