Abstract
La invención se refiere a una cápsula endoscópica con una carcasa (2) biocompatible, en la que está dispuesto al menos un dispositivo sensor para la detección de datos médicamente relevantes, caracterizada porque en la superficie exterior de la carcasa (2) está dispuesto un sensor (3), comprendiendo el sensor (3) un primer electrodo (4) de un metal noble, que no puede atacarse mediante ácido y un segundo electrodo (5) de plata, y pudiendo aplicarse entre el primer electrodo (4) y el segundo electrodo (5) una tensión eléctrica y, en el caso de presencia de amoniaco, pudiendo medirse entre el primer electrodo (4) y el segundo electrodo (5) una modificación de una magnitud eléctrica. Una cápsula endoscópica de este tipo permite un examen del ácido gástrico y del tejido de la mucosa gástrica para determinar la presencia de Helicobacter pylori que sólo es un poco molesto para el paciente.
