Abstract

Una composición nutricional para infantes comprende una fuente de proteína, una fuente de lípido y una fuente de carbohidrato en donde la fuente de lípido incluye al menos 16% en peso de ácido linoléico y al menos 2% en peso de ácido a-linolénico expresado como un porcentaje de contenido total de ácido graso en cada caso y en cantidades tales que la relación de ácido linoléico:ácido a-linolénico está en el rango desde 1 hasta 10.
