Abstract
Se proporciona un método para la multiplexión de la información de control con datos planeados en forma persistente en una operación eficiente de manera espectral. En particular, la invención opera para determinar y enviar un parámetro de cambio de potencia en un mensaje que lleva la distribución de datos persistentes a partir de una estación de base a una correspondiente estación móvil. Los cambios de potencia están relacionados con la información de control que está siendo enviada, y especifica la cantidad a través de la cual la estación móvil tiene que incrementar su nivel de potencia de transmisión cuando se realice la multiplexión de la información particular de control junto con los datos persistentes. El incremento de la potencia de transmisión opera entonces para mantener la QoS requerida en el canal de datos.
