Abstract
Se proporciona un m?todo para doblar tridimensionalmente un material met?lico. Un producto que intermitentemente tiene una porci?n acodada que se flexiona tridimensionalmente y una porci?n enfriada r?pidamente se fabrica a trav?s de un m?todo de doblado que realiza flexi?n corriente debajo de un elemento de soporte mientras alimenta un material met?lico que es soportado por el elemento de soporte desde un lado ascendente hacia un lado descendente. Una porci?n del material met?lico se calienta a trav?s de un elemento de calentamiento para el material met?lico descendente del elemento de soporte, un momento flector se imparte a la porci?n del material met?lico que se calent? por medio del elemento de calentamiento para realizar la flexi?n cambiando tridimensionalmente la posici?n de un rodillo matriz m?vil que se coloca corriente abajo del elemento de calentamiento y tiene una pluralidad de cilindros que alimentan el material met?lico que se calent? por medio del elemento de calentamiento en la direcci?n axial y el material met?lico se enfr?a r?pidamente rociando un medio de enfriamiento en la porci?n del material met?lico que se calent? por medio del elemento de calentamiento a trav?s de un elemento de enfriamiento colocado entre el elemento de calentamiento y el rodillo matriz m?vil. Los errores en un producto debido a doblado se suprimen soportando una porci?n de material met?lico que ha salido del rodillo matriz m?vil.
