Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con composiciones constituidas por ácido rosmarínico y/o sus derivados y con el uso de una enzima hidrolítica o de un microorganismo que contenga o produzca enzimas hidrolíticas en estas composiciones. La invención también tiene que ver con métodos para mejorar los efectos biológicos de dichos extractos de romero.
