Abstract
Se proporciona un circuito de inicio para un circuito de vacío de banda, el circuito de vacío de banda tiene por lo menos un diodo de vacío de banda. El circuito de inicio comprende un comparador para proporcionar un voltaje de inicio para el circuito de vacío de banda. El comparador está conectado para recibir un primer voltaje de referencia en una primera terminal de entrada, la salida del comparador estando conectada en un rizo de retroalimentación a su segunda terminal de entrada. Se proporciona un circuito de voltaje de referencia para generar el primer voltaje de referencia para la primera terminal de entrada del comparador. El circuito de voltaje de referencia comprende un diodo de circuito de inicio que es igualado con el por lo menos un diodo de vacío de banda en el circuito de vacío de banda. Como tal, cualesquier variaciones en temperatura y/o proceso en el diodo de vacío de banda son igualadas mediante el diodo de circuito de inicio, proporcionando por tanto un voltaje de referencia preciso y confiable, y por tanto voltaje de inicio para el circuito de vacío de banda.
