Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento innovador para la elaboración de golosinas tridimensionales, preferentemente del tipo conocido en la industria alimenticia como gomitas, que elimina el troquelado de camas de almidón y el proceso de limpieza del producto gelado, teniendo además el control de detalle en todas las caras del producto, así como una transparencia y cristalinidad nunca antes logradas con los procedimientos conocidos y empleados tradicionalmente en la industria alimentaria. Asimismo, la invención incorpora un dispositivo conformador totalmente novedoso, formado por dos palcas unidas por un sistema de machihembrado y con una pluralidad de cavidades formadoras de producto que están en contacto con todas las caras del producto a conformar.
