Abstract
Cuando la comunicación en tiempo real acompañada con información de video de un teléfono con televisión, una conferencia con televisión, etc., se lleva a cabo entre redes con diferentes condiciones de transmisión (bandas, pérdida de datos y característica de corrección de errores), es posible reducir al mínimo la exhibición de alteración de imágenes de video en un lado receptor debido a las diferentes condiciones de transmisión. En un dispositivo de retransmisión para retransmitir comunicación a través de redes con diferentes condiciones de transmisión, se lleva a cabo el control de memoria interna de imágenes de video en consideración con las condiciones y características de transmisión de flujo de imágenes de video recibidas. Con esto, se facilita la exhibición de las alteraciones de imágenes de video en un lado receptor. Un control de memoria interna de imágenes de video (207) de un dispositivo de retransmisión (101) controla una memoria interna de imágenes de video (208) de acuerdo con una instrucción de control recibida por una unidad de recepción de instrucción (203), un valor de umbral establecido por una unidad de establecimiento de umbral (204), y establece el tiempo por una unidad de establecimiento de tiempo (205). Además, el control de memoria interna de imágenes de video (207) controla la memoria interna de imágenes de video (208) por unidad de segmento de acuerdo con un resultado analizado por una unidad de interpretación de segmentos (206).
