Abstract

A container (1) including a valve (2) serves to discharge a product located in container (1), particularly a hair care product provided with a propellant. Container (1) shows a circumferential sleeve (3) at its top. A valve disk (4) grips under the sleeve (3) with its skirt (5) and encloses a passage (6). A sealing device (8) seals the valve disk (4) with respect to the sleeve (3). To prevent that the sleeve (3) is deformed towards the interior if the container (1), which is made of plastic, heats up, a circumferential ring (9) is put into the gap between the sleeve (3) and the valve (2).

Description

PACKAGE THAT INCLUDES A VALVE FIELD OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is a package that includes a valve suitable for, for example, storing and unloading hair spray or another hair care product. The valve serves to apply the product, for example, for the manual operation of the spray head.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION A container for a hairdressing product is known from the Japanese patent application JP 2002-012277, made of polyethylene terephthalate (polyethylene terephthalate) and includes a propellant. A valve disc of the container is ground to stabilize the top jacket of the container in all directions. The package does not show a separate sealing device between the jacket and the valve disc. A package according to the generic term of claim 1 is known from the patent DE 199 24 098 A, including a valve for unloading a product located in a container, while the package shows a surrounding jacket at the top. A valve disc is hooked under the shirt with its skirt and encloses a catwalk for a valve stem that connects to the valve. A sealing device hermetically closes the valve disc with respect to the jacket. This known container consists of metal and serves to discharge a liquid product containing a propellant. The packaging has the disadvantage that it is relatively heavy due to the fact that, in addition to its metal structure, it shows a large valve that reaches up to the jacket. If this container is made of, for example, polyethylene terephthalate, and a significantly smaller valve is provided as far as the jacket is concerned, a reduced mass could be achieved, but nevertheless, the plastic could soften during the heating of the container. , while the upper sleeve of the container could be separated from the skirt of the valve disc so that the product can flow from the container in that location in an undesired manner.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is a light and safe package according to the generic term of claim 1. The objective is achieved in accordance with the characteristic part of claim 1. In accordance with claim 1 the container is made of plastic and is provides a circumferential ring around the valve between the sleeve and the valve. The proposed package has the advantage that it is relatively light due to the relatively light plastic, and a valve or valve body that does not reach the skirt and, thus, can easily be held and operated manually, for example, for the lacquer output For the hair. In addition, commercially available valves of different pressures may be used. The package is safe with respect to unwanted discharges of the product when it is heated. Even during the softening of the plastic, the jacket can not deform and thus form an escape. Although the ring prevents the shirt from deforming towards the inside of the container, the edge of the valve disc limits the sleeve towards the outside. In this way, no escape can accumulate in the area of the shirt, even when the container is heated to, for example, 80 ° C (176 ° F) for a polyethylene terephthalate container. The valve disc can not fracture either. If the ring is fixed in its position, then it can not fall off and lose its fixing function, even when the container is heated. The fixing of the ring between the valve, or more precisely, the outer circumference of the body of the valve containing the valve and the jacket of the container can be implemented in different ways. For example, the ring can be braced by a circumferential edge of the valve or sleeve. This edge forms a fixing element for the position of the ring. Or the ring consists of an elastic material and is connected to the sealing device, for example, in a part together with the seal, which provides assembly advantages. However, the ring can also consist of a non-elastic material and can be connected through a connection to the sealing device.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES Three illustrative embodiments of the invention are presented below with reference to the drawings. A respective vertical partial section cut shows in Figure 1 a package providing a ring in its sleeve, the ring is supported by a circumferential edge of a valve; Figure 2 a container providing a ring and a sealing device in a part of a valve disc, and Figure 3 a container providing a ring in its sleeve which is shored by a circumferential edge of the liner.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED MODALITIES a package 1 including a valve 2 for unloading the hair care product, which is located in the package 1 and can be released through a valve stem 7 and is provided with a propellant, exhibits a circumferential sleeve at the top (Figure 1). A valve disc 4 is hooked under the jacket 3 with its skirt 5 and encloses a passage 6 for a valve stem 7, which is connected to the valve 2. A sealing device 8 seals the valve disc 4 with respect to the shirt 3. The package 1 is made of plastic and is therefore relatively light. A ring 9 surrounding the valve 2 is provided between the jacket 3 and the valve 2. The ring contacts the valve 2 as does the jacket 3. With respect to its strength, the ring is fixed in the space between the jacket 3 and the valve 2 and serves to maintain the jacket 3 firmly on the skirt 5 and close to the sealing device 8 in case the jacket 3 is softened due to high ambient temperature. The ring 9 also prevents the jacket 3 from being deformed inwards with respect to the valve 2. In this way the ring 9 ensures that the container 1 remains firmly sealed even during the intense heating of the plastic of the container 1. use valves 2 or valve bodies of any diameter. The strength of the material of the ring 9 is chosen in the respective manner. The ring 9 is fixed in its position so that it does not fall during the heating of the plastic. The ring 9, which is made of a non-elastic material (polyethylene terephthalate), is connected through a connection 12 (glue area) with the sealing device 8, among other things. In addition, a circumferential edge 11 of the valve 2 is provided to support the ring 9. For the second illustrative embodiment of the present invention, unlike the first, the ring 9 consisting of an elastic sealing material and made from a single form together with the sealing device 8 lying on top of the shirt 3 in order not to fall. The ring 9 is not connected to the sealing device 8 in the third illustrative embodiment of the present invention. A circumferential edge 13 of the sleeve 3 serves as a fastening element for the ring 9, with the sleeve 3 being braced by the ring 9. The ring 9 is made of a non-elastic polyethylene terephthalate. 1 Container 2 Valve 3 Shirt 4 Valve disc 5 Skirt 6 Catwalk 7 Valve cup 8 Sealing device 9 Ring 10 Lifting outlet 11 Edge 12 Connection 13 Edge
