Abstract
La invencion se refiere a compuestos de la formula (I) (ver formula) en la que R1 y R3, independientemente, representan fluor, metoxi, -OCF3, alquenilo C2-C3 o alquilo C1-C4 que esta opcionalmente sustituido con cloro, metoxi o uno, dos o tres atomos de fluor; R2 representa hidrogeno, fluor, metoxi, -OCF3 alqunilo C2-C3 o alquilo C1-C4 esta opcionalmente sustituido con cloro, metoxi, o uno, dos o tres atomos de fluor; X representa O.S. NH o N (alquilo C1-C3); Ar representa arilo o heteroarilo no sustituidos o al menos monosustituidos. Dichos compuestos son inhibidores de la poli (ADP-ribosa)-polimerasa (PARP) y se utilizan en medicamentos para el tratamiento de una enfermedad que se selecciona de lo siguiente: danos de tejido resultantes del dano celular o muerte celular debidos a necrosis o apoptosis, danos o enfermedades de tejidos mediados neuronalmente, isquemia cerebral, traumatismo craneal, apoplejia cerebral, danos por reperfusion, alteraciones neurologicas y enfermedades neurodegenerativas, accidentes vasculares, trastornos cardiovasculares, infarto de miocardio, isquemia micardica, encefalomielitis alergica experimental (EAE), esclerosis multiple (EM), isquemia relacionada con cirugia cardiaca, degeneracion macular relacionada con la edad, artritis, arteriosclerosis, cancer, enfermedades degenerativas de los musculos esqueleticos con posterior senectud replicativa, diabetes y enfermedades diabeticas miocardicas.
