Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un conjunto eléctrico de disipador de ondas de impulsos, que comprende: una pluralidad de componentes que disipador cilíndricos de ondas de impulsos, colocados prácticamente en forma coaxial para formar una pila de componentes cilíndricos que tenga un eje longitudinal, teniendo los componentes características de voltaje-corriente no lineales; primero y sgeundo terminales eléctricamente conductores, montados en extremos respectivos opuestos de la pila y acoplados en forma eléctrica a los componentes, teniendo los terminales porciones de superficie radial prácticamente concéntricas con respecto al eje longitudinal; un miembro tublar no conductor que rodea la pila longitudinalmente y de manera transversal y que tiene primero y segundos extremos opuestos con piezas que se proyectan radialmente, que se acoplan y quedan conectadas respectivamente a las porciones de superficie radial de los terminales, teniendo el miembro tubular una resistencia estructural suficiente para suministrar una fuerza de compresión axialmente dirigida por medio de los terminales a los componentes de disipador, suficiente para mantener el contacto eléctrico entre los componentes de la pila y los terminales, siendo el miembro tubular un enrollamiento que tiene una primera pluralidad de porciones de torones que forman una primera capa y una primera abertura en el mismo y que tiene una segunda pluralidad de porciones de torones que forman una segunda capa y una segunda abertura en el mismo, teniendo la primera y segunda aberturas substancialmente la misma forma y estando prácticamente alineadas para formar una abertura común que proporcione medios de ventilación preformados para facilitar el egreso lateral a través de los mismos, de productos gaseosos por la pila; y un alojamiento que rodea el miembro tubular y que coopera con el mismo para controlar por lo menos parcialmente la expulsión de los productos gaseosos del conjunto.The present invention relates to an electrical set of pulse wave dissipators, comprising: a plurality of cylindrical pulse wave dissipating components, placed practically coaxially to form a stack of cylindrical components having a longitudinal axis, having the characteristic non-linear voltage-current components; first and second electrically conductive terminals, mounted on respective opposite ends of the stack and electrically coupled to the components, the terminals having portions of radial surface practically concentric with respect to the longitudinal axis; a non-conductive tubular member that longitudinally and transversely surrounds the stack and has first and second opposing ends with radially projecting pieces that engage and are respectively connected to the radial surface portions of the terminals, the tubular member having sufficient structural strength to supply an axially directed compression force through the terminals to the heatsink components, sufficient to maintain electrical contact between the stack components and the terminals, the tubular member being a coil having a first plurality of strand portions forming a first layer and a first opening therein and having a second plurality of strand portions forming a second layer and a second opening therein, the first and second openings having substantially the same shape and being practically aligned to form a common opening n to provide preformed ventilation means to facilitate the lateral egress of gaseous products through the stack through them; and a housing surrounding and cooperating with the tubular member to control at least partially the expulsion of the gaseous products from the assembly.
