Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento para concentrar una solución acuosa de un aminoácido que tiene una baja solubilidad en agua en el punto isoeléctrico, caracterizado porque comprende llevar a cabo la concentración de dicha solución acuosa en presencia de un disolvente orgánico soluble en agua, por medio de una membrana semipermeable.
