Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición elastomérica producida curando una mezcla, caracterizada porque comprende: (A) terpolímero de etileno/alfa-olefina/polieno no conjugado; y (B) copolímero de acrilonitrilo/dieno conjugado, que emplea una cantidad efectiva de un agente curador que comprende: (i) azufre; (ii) un acelerador de curación de azufre; (iii) un curador de peróxido. Un procedimiento para producir una composición elastomérica, caracterizado porque comprende los pasos de: (I) preparar una mezcla que comprende: (A) terpolímero de etileno/alfa-olefina/polieno no conjugado; (B) copolímero de acrilonitrilo/dieno conjugado; y (C) una cantidad efectiva de un agente curador, que comprende: (i) azufre; (ii) un acelerador de curación de azufre; y (iii) un curador de peróxido; (II) someter la mezcla a condiciones de curación.
